Uzma Bozai B.Sc.
PSG Cornwall’s Operational Partner, who is responsible for business development and managing business operations. Working on team development, Uzma ensures that the PSG Cornwall product meets strict quality and efficiency targets.
Anne-Marie Long
PSG Cornwall’s longest-serving team member and is usually your first point of call on the phone. She also looks after local authority sourced searches and keeps track of all searches we order for properties out of county.
Sally Murfin
Sally has been involved in all areas of the business since she joined in 2006. She takes care of your HIP and search related questions, supports marketing campaigns and provides an all-important quality check at the end of the process.
Ben Shingleton
Ben handles all accounts-related tasks in the office. He also provides searching and search writing cover when things are busy.
Kate Caudery
Kate manages all your HIP orders as they arrive, liaising with solicitors, domestic energy assessors and other suppliers to ensure your HIPs are processed quickly and efficiently.
Andy Nicholas B.Sc.
Searches archives at Cornwall Council and South West Water, checks and produces your conveyancing searches, ensuring the information is complete and accurate.
Terri Matthews
Teri looks after your searches when they arrive, ensuring that they are processed efficiently and liaises with suppliers. She also monitors the progress of HIP components and notifies you as soon as a property is ready to be marketed.
Natasha Dowler
Natasha arranges appointments for us to search the council archives and sends out your completed searches.
Karen Wright
With 15 years conveyancing experience Karen is responsible for managing business operations to ensure that all products are processed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Ryan Brown
As a trainee searcher, Ryan is working alongside Andy to ensure that search appointments are dealt with as soon as possible.
