For more than five years PSG Cornwall has been providing conveyancing searches to local solicitors. Simon and Uzma Gill have owned and run the company since 2004 in which time it has been involved in over 20,000 property transactions and has undertaken over 30,000 property searches.
In 2007 we were awarded the Outstanding Achievement award by The Property Search Group for our work in developing excellent relationships with local property professionals and providing a truly local service.

Uzma Bozai B.Sc.
PSG Cornwall’s Operational Partner, who is responsible for business development and managing business operations. Working on team development, Uzma ensures that the PSG Cornwall product meets strict quality and efficiency targets.
Anne-Marie Long
PSG Cornwall’s longest-serving team member and is usually your first point of call on the phone. She also looks after local authority sourced searches and keeps track of all searches we order for properties out of county.
Sally Murfin
Sally has been involved in all areas of the business since she joined in 2006. As Customer Manager, Sally takes care of your queries, supports marketing campaigns and provides an all-important quality check at the end of the process.
Kate Caudery
Kate manages all your search and EPC orders as they arrive, liaising with solicitors, domestic energy assessors and other suppliers to ensure your orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Andy Nicholas B.Sc.
Searches archives at Cornwall Council and South West Water, checks and produces your conveyancing searches, ensuring the information is complete and accurate. As Team Manager, Andy ensures that our staff receive continuous training and support to be able to provide the highest level of service to our valued customers.
