For more than five years PSG Cornwall has been providing conveyancing searches to local solicitors. Simon and Uzma Gill have owned and run the company since 2004 in which time it has been involved in over 8,000 property transactions. PSG Cornwall is part of a national network that is involved in one in four property transactions in England and Wales.

Thanks to our high quality, speed, consistency and unrivalled personal service PSG Cornwall has continued to grow each year.

In 2006 we were proud to be awarded Best Newcomer by The Property Search Group in recognition of our proactive approach to HIPs and customer service.

In 2007 we were awarded the Outstanding Achievement award by The Property Search Group for our work in developing excellent relationships with local property professionals and providing a truly local service.
